Salmon and Horse-radish Spread
INGREDIENTS
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Pink Salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup horse-radish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Crisp romaine lettuce
Paprika
Crackers
Celery sticks
DRAIN salmon. Remove skin if desired. Mash bones.
BEAT cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and garlic powder until smooth. Add salmon and beat until blended.
ARRANGE lettuce in a bowl. Spoon in salmon mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
SERVE with crackers and celery sticks.
MAKES 6 to 8 servings.
