INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Salt
5 Lbs Chef's Potatoes or Creamer Potatoes (Small red potatoes approximately 1 1/2" in diameter)
CLEAN potatoes, but do not peel them. Put them in a large pan and just barely cover with water. Add one cup of salt and bring to a boil. Once a rolling boil has started, turn heat down to simmer. (Just enough to keep them boiling) Leave uncovered. Simmer for about 1 hour or until done.
DRAIN and server immediately with melted butter and/or sour cream.
