Earth Quake Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 oz coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 bx powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
SPRAY 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle pecans and
coconut in pan. Prepare the cake mix according to box directions
and pour over the pecans & coconut.
MIX the melted margarine, softened cream cheese and box of
powdered sugar together and pour over the cake batter.
BAKE at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. It's OK, the cracks in the white topping are suspose to be there. That's why it's called an "earthquake cake."
