Ham Balls

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 pound ground ham
3/4 pound ground pork
1/2 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

In medium bowl, thoroughly mix ham, pork, bread crumbs and egg. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer in 12 by 8 inch microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until meatballs are firm, rearranging meatballs once during cooking. Spoon off fat. Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.

In 4-cup glass measure, combine soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 3 minutes or until bubbling, stirring once during cooking.

Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover; microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 45 meatballs.

Note: If you don't see ground ham in your supermarket, ask the butcher to grind it for you, or finely chop cubed cooked ham in a food processor.
