Eggs and Bean Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
6 med. to lg. eggs, hard boiled, and chopped
8 onces pasta twists
1 can dark kidney beans, undrained
1 (4 oz.) jar pamento, undrained
1 med. to lg. onion, diced
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
Mayonnaise
COOK pasta as directed, drain and place in a fairly lg. bowl.
ADD remining ingredients, mixing together well.
REFRIDGERATE for at least 3 to 4 hours, however best if left over night.
